With this, a lower bitrate is delivered, the surveillance recording file size is then reduced, which allows for an increase in transmission rate. Able to simultaneously dual stream H.264 and motion JPEG video, these are independently streamed at a maximum resolution (30 frames per second), and with controllable frame rate and bandwidth. Another feature of H.264, is the availability of de-blocking filters. This allows systems to be configured with a higher level of compression while maintaining additional detail in the images.
