Basler Ace cameras debut 12 new models utilizing sensors from Sony's Pregius™ line.
Basler Ace cameras unite high quality with stellar performance levels. Thanks to their 2/3" lens system and customary interfaces, these cameras are not only powerful, but cost-effective as well.
Even with their small, solid 1.14 inch x 1.14 inch (29 mm x 29 mm) footprint, they still retain the customary bottom mounting options that have been on analog cameras for quite a while. Their impressively effective CMOS sensors are equipped with the most recent global shutter technology, and allow them to emerge with performance excellence. Because of these factors, the new cameras are able to be flawlessly integrated into older CCD systems, easily and quickly, with Basler’s established pylon Camera Software Suite.

Now, Basler unveils twelve new cameras.
Production of these Basler ace cameras with IMX Sony CMOS Pregius™ sensors have just been set into motion. The new IMX250, IMX252, IMX264 and IMX265 sensors have resolutions ranging from 3.2 to 5 MP (MegaPixels), and speedy frame rates up to 120 fps (frames per second).
Offered with the established GigE or USB 3.0 interface, they correspond to existing GigE Vision 2.0 or USB3 Vision standards. When grouping these twelve cameras into interface type, one sees that eight cameras are USB 3.0, while four are GigE interface. Six of the twelve are 3.2 MP resolution, and six are 5 MP resolution. Additionally, two of the cameras have a 20 fps speed, while four have 35 fps, two have 55 fps and two have a quick 120 fps. Available in monochromatic (mono) and color models, the color models contain a distinctive mixture of 5x5 debayering, color-anti-aliasing, denoising, all with enhanced clarity.
