The DP-810 supports the standard HDMI interface or allows for the direct connection to the Data I/O connector on Sony 4K series block cameras. Video can be encoded to Ethernet or WiFi in video resolutions up to 4K30p. The DP-810 also provides physical power, USB, and serial/VISCA interfaces for complete camera control.
Linux-Based System
The DP-810 is a low-power Linux-based embedded platform with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon processor that incorporates a 2.2 GHz 8-core 64-bit ARM Cortex A53 processor, an AI-capable video processor, memory and peripherals.
Real-Time 4K Video Encoding
The DP-810 supports H.265/H.264 video encoding at resolutions up to 4K30p. Encoded video can be transmitted over Ethernet or wireless interfaces.
Full Sony Block Camera Integration
The DP-810 solution offers complete module and camera control for custom OEM integration. A 30-pin micro-coax cable connects to the Sony block camera for video data transfer and camera communication. The DP-810 provides power to the Sony block and also supports the transfer of Sony VISCA commands through Ethernet or an optional serial cable.
Configuration Tools
Configuration and adjustments of the DP-810 and connected block camera can be done remotely using provided HTTP/HTTPS web utilities. For OEMs, a web service API is included with sample code for integrating the DP-810 into OEM installations. ONVIF support is also included.
Camera Integration
The DP-810 system comes with two I/O boards for Ethernet, HDMI video out, power and communication. An I/O board bracket sled is available to provide for secure mouting in any system.
